The converter only effects the 12V system in your unit. Do you have power at the RV end of the power cord? There is a 30A breaker in the distribution panel ( same area as converter) toggle it off and on. How are you determining there is no 120V?

Check the gfci outlet, which is probably in the bathroom, to see if it needs to be reset.
Powering your camper from a residential outlet that has a gfci usually doesn't work.

OK... what is your power source?
What breakers did you check? (and how?)
Are you using any kind of adapter?

Start at the source with a meter and test voltage with nothing plugged into it.
If OK, then plug your R/V cord into the source but NOT into your R/V.
Test for voltage at the plug end that goes to your R/V.
If OK, then connect to the R/V and go to your power distribution (breaker) box and check for voltage at the incoming side of the main breaker.
If OK, make sure the main breaker is ON and then start testing voltage at each of the branch circuits.

You do not have to pull the converter panel out of the wall. The service panel has a fascia held on by a couple screws. Remove the screws and fascia, and the circuit breakers are accessible.

I'd also check the ground fault located on the out side of your TT and see if it's trip, if so then you will not get power into trailer. Later RJD

RJD, what are you calling the ground fault on the outside of a TT? I’m not familiar.
