No AC after battery rundown

Hoping someone can help. 2017 Forest River Cardinal 3250. We had a big snowfall a week or so ago, I unplugged my shore power cord to shovel and blow snow, then forgot to plug it back in, temps in the mid 20's. Went out yesterday the batteries were very low.

Removed the batteries, took them inside and charged to full charge. Let them sit for four hours, voltage never dropped below 12.68 on both. Reinstalled them, have DC lighting and power everywhere, but my AC outlets are dead.

Is there some sort of reset needed to kick the system back to normal, or will it reset when it gets around to it?

Thanks, Larry

Have you checked all the breakers both in the RV and at the pedestal?
Have you checked the shore power connection to make sure it's plugged in correctly?

Maybe silly question, but did you reconnect shore power and verify the supply was live.

Thanks for moving my thread, and for the replies.

The power to the unit is hot, but I haven't checked breakers inside the 5er, I have to leave for town, will do that when I return.

I don't see why they would have tripped, unless that's their nature or default with low batteries.

thanks again, Larry

Found it, one 120V leg in my outside receptacle was loose. Rewired and all is good.

Thanks to all who replied, you folks are fast and appreciated!

Thanks for letting us know what you found.

We see a lot of posts about loose electrical connections. Especially at the shore power connector. I'm glad you found it before it caused damage beyond things not working.
