It's probably simpler to just unplug all items from the outlets, though. The fridge is probably plugged into its own hidden outlet.

my guess, and it is just a guess, is that only the fridge is plugged into the ac output cable. a 1,000 watt inverter just wouldn't have the power to supply a fridge and anything else.
if you trace the green output cable from the inverter my guess, again just a guess, is that it will end at a junction box that has a standard 120 volt receptacle in it. the refrigerator will plug into that receptacle. if this is the case just unplug the fridge so yo don't have to mess with any wires on the inverter itself.

I’m away from my camper right now, but will try this out. Yes the refrigerator has its own outlet is accessed on the outside of the camper. I’ll also post a picture of the amp. Fridge came with the camper and this inverter so I hope they’re compatible :-) who knows though. The microwave did not heat anything up this morning after 15 minutes and that is the first time I’ve been tempted to use it on any trip. so either it is extremely low powered or the microwave was just broken. I really don’t give a darn about the microwave. I just was in need of hot coffee quickly lol thanks again everybody!

Microwave will trip the inverter resulting in an e-3 error
1000w inverter is not going to power it.
Boondocking
Hot water... use propane I turn my hot water heater 20 minutes before I want to shower
coffee... use the stove and a percolator coffee pot (or any other device such as a french press)

This inverter includes a 15A automatic transfer switch. So it's possible it has been wired inline with the 120VAC 15A outlet circuit in the camper. If it is, the operator would need to understand they can't operate anything over 1000W (8 amps) when they're not on shore power.

Is this RV new to you? It sounds like you have a learning curve to get through here.
You're expectations of what the 1000W inverter will do are too high.
I don't understand why your fridge is plugged into an outside receptacle. Is the receptacle outside, or is the receptacle behind an access panel that you open up on the outside? Is this a 120VAC only fridge, or a 2-way or 3-way fridge? If the fridge is capable of running on propane that is the mode you should operate while boondocking. It would never have been intended to boondock on 120VAC if it supports propane. If your RV is really a model Geo Pro 19BH, I can't image they would have configured that trailer with a 120VAC-only residential fridge.

It’s not plugged in to a plug outside of the camper itself. The access for the AC outlet is outside panels.
No, I’ve had the camper for 45 years and it’s operated just fine. Again, I’ve not put anything into the AC outlets and I’m only trying to run things that were installed in the camper such as refrigerator primarily.

I assume you meant 4 to 5 years, not 45 years.
You've been using this setup, running a 120VAC fridge with this 1000W inverter and two small LA batteries, and boondocking successfully for 4 to 5 years until now?

Yes. Not living in it just camping.
The charging (solar) panel shows 13.3V and 0 amps right now. I’ve not had time to unplug the cords but will try shortly.

Wrong batteries
You should have 2 6 volt batteries in series. I'm guessing you installed 2 12 volt in series

I would just do the simple test...
disconnect output cable (Romex)
plug something into the back of the inverter and see if it is outputting 120v
if inverter powers a small lamp ... but errors out on the romex , problem is the romex or too many things plugged into the romex
