No battery power

I have a 2011 flagstafft ultra lite.

I have no power from the battery when the corded power is nit plugged in.
The battery is full charged.
I have checked all wire connections and they seem to be good.
I checked as many fuses in the power unit and those other I can find and they are good.
Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
When the power cord is plugged in everything in cluding the slideout works fine.

either the battery disconnect switch has the batteries disconnected or the resettable 12volt circuit breaker has tripped and needs to be reset. both interrupt the power flow to and from the batteries. the converter is providing 12 volt power when it is plugged into shore power.

There should be a resettable breaker on the front of your trailer near the battery. Some are on the inside of the hitch a-frame, others are under the front on the first cross member. Follow the wire from the battery's positive post. There will be a small button on the side, sometimes hidden from view by the wires.

You now know that your converter is working and that all of the 12volt lights/etc will work from that. But, your battery is not being used or charged up. To trace down your battery issue you must have 'shore power' unplugged. Does this unit have a battery 'shut off'? Turn it on. If that is not the problem, check fuse that are around the tongue and/or in the breaker box. You may have to get a volt meter to slowly trace the battery power back to the breaker box inside. Have shore power unplugged/off from camper when tracing for lack of voltage.

How are you determining this. I can not be done using the onboard indicator lights when the unit is connected to shore power.

A Multimeter or Test Light should be standard equipment on all RV's.

When the power goes out, start where you know you have it (Battery on one end or Converter on other) and systematically check wire until you suddenly don't have it.

Without a meter or test light one is only guessing what or where the problem is.
