No brake lights or flashers

Have no brake lights or flashers on 2004 Georgetown. Have checked all fuses and they are ok. Plug to our tow had broken wires and that has been fixed. Have brake lights & turn sigals on tow when it stands along but not when plugged into coach. Any ideas?

Help us understand. The camper is fine, all lights work. The tow vehicle, (we call then toads) is fine, all lights work. Put them together and the lights on the toad don't work?

It's in the wiring between the tow vehicle and the toad. Don't know how it got broke, or who fixed it, but that is where it is. Process of elimination.

We have no brake lights on the camper at all whether the toad is plugged in or not. We have turn signals and tail lights, but no brake lights or flashers. We've checked the fuses inside the camper and under the hood.

Thanks for your help.

Try to locate the grounds. I lost my headlights and traced it back to a ground being attached with an aluminum self-tapping screw. The terminal end ring was twice the size as the head of the screw so they used a washer. The paint had not been removed in that area so the only thing making the connection was the threads of the screw and they had oxidized. I drilled a hole and wire wheeled off some of the paint and used a bolt to make the connection. Then sprayed terminal protectant on it. This ground is up front behind the massive wiring harness.
