This sounds like a wire came loose from one of your AC circuit breakers that goes to the AC input on your converter or an actual failure of the Converter portion of the power center.

Check for solid AC at the input of the converter; if good ...
Disconnect the battery completely ... Check for voltage at the DC out of the converter (the lights should work if the converter is OK.

If still no DC power with the battery disconnected and you are sure there is AC power going in, your converter is fried.

It happens....

If there is an internal battery short the converter will not come online.

That is why you should remove the negative cable from the battery terminal to eliminate that as the problem.

THEN check for 13+ volts at the two battery posts on the DC distribution board (or four idiot lights on the MicroMonitor panel when you press "Battery").

"Battery" is really NOT your battery; it is the DC voltage on the camper. It will work even if the battery is removed as long as the converter works. It only reads "battery" voltage when you are not plugged into shore power or a generator.

In the below figure you will see a Vcc+ post (this is a WFCO diagram) but you should have something similar. You should check for 13+ volts between there and "NEG"

Vcc is where the positive from the converter connects to the fuse board. The Battery POS is where the battery lead goes. There should be reverse connection fuses between Vcc and the battery post.

generally if you find the battery positive line it will enter under the front of the trailer. I found the same problem with our 2012 Salem RKSS. even the fuse block which is silver in color when reset was toasted.
I now carry 2 extras.
