No power

Hey y’all!!!
I have a 2020 FR RLKS and I am getting no power when I’m connected to shore power. I think it might be in the transfer switch (if there is one). Can anyone tell me where it’s located????

Need more info. What is an RLKS? Trailer, pop-up, fifth wheel? But first, does it have a built in generator? If not then there is no transfer switch.

What is a FR RLKS? I couldn't find anything close.
How are you plugged in? Pedestal? Adapter?

Did it ever work?

are you not getting 120 volt power or not getting 12 volt power? are you not getting it everywhere or only at certain devices? are you plugged into pedestal that supplied power before or is this the first time at this pedestal?

Yep, need more information on model number. RKLS isn't enough.
As far as I know, only motorhomes have transfer switches. Maybe some Toyhaulers.

In case the OP comes back, this is the only RLKS I am aware of that forest river makes.

i know of at least a couple of 5th wheels that you can order with generator prep. this includes a factory installed transfer switch. our cardinal came this way and we subsequently installed an on board generator. the generator is installed in the front compartment under the nose of the 5th wheel.
