No power to front TV plug

Met a nice couple traveling the county in their 2 month old Forester 2400. They told me their TV stopped all of a sudden. I used my plug from my Jensen 32" and their TV worked. Today, they tried to use a new 12v adapter and it didn't work. He noticed the light is out in the Winegard amp switch and no power to the 12v plug. He ran the plug with the new adapter to the dash cigarette lighter and it works. So the plug is now fine. But there is no power at the Winegard amp plate. Is there a fuse somewhere? The TV power fuse in the converter charger panel is fine. Is there a fuse behind the Winegard plate?
