No refer power via inverter

Inverter shows 117 output: breaker not popped all works when plugged In or on generator. A few days ago it worked fine while traveling

transfer switch!!!! If it is a Xantrex, and you are measuring the output on the duplex outlet, follow the cable to the black box which is the automatic transfer switch. Perhaps give it a rap...contacts stuck or welded.

I assume the battery disconnect switch is pulled out? I've made the mistake of turning it off and nearly spoiling everything in the frig.

Inverter is wbco 1000w
Don't see anything that might be a transfer switch. digital readout on inverter is where I see the output
Not sure which outlets are powered by the inverter

Transfer switch is built in. When you say you are measuring 117 volt, is that without shore power connected or generator...and where are you measuring it? If the internal transfer switch is the problem, there will be no output voltage when shore power is removed, even though the inverter might be functioning normally. i would measure the output on the duplex receptacle and then remove the AC power and see what happens.

The 117v is on the digital readout on front of inverter. I guess I am assuming it is the output voltage

Well, it is probably the output of the inverter circuitry...but internal to the inverter. If the circuits are powered when you are on shore power, that means the output fuses and the GFCI are all functional as is the wiring. All that leaves is the transfer switch, which as I indicated is internal to the inverter. If you measure the voltage on the duplex receptacle on the back and take away shore power and it goes away, it has to be internal to the inverter.

In stating the obvious, is your inverter switched on? Mine has a remote switch.

Scott I looked at it as you said and you are right it has to be internal. Thanks much for the help
