Not all 120 volt is working

Just hooked to shore power and we have no 130 volt power, our air works and there is power at the pedestal. Any idea on why this is doing this, everything worked at our other campground this morning?

Don't know what RV model you have, but on most if the Air works then the shore power is working. Check to see if your GFCI outlet needs reset. It is often in the bathroom and occasionally outside or a storage compartment.

Thanks. If the Air Conditioner is working, I would still suggest searching for the GFCI outlets, then check the trailer breaker box. I had a similar thing this spring and it was a GFCI outlet that had tripped.

Did you reset the outlets? Did you check the breakers in the control panel?

Is the microwave working?

Can't tell over the web if it is going bad. (usually no on such a new trailer) When I had to reset mine, I had to push the buttons twice.

I don't have a 50 amp setup and am not as familiar with them. Someone else may be able to comment if it is possible that one of the positive lines of that could be faulty?

Thanks. I meant the GFCI outlet buttons. There should onbly be one GFCI button for each GFCI circuit.

On the gfci’s the island is the only one that has a reset button, can’t imagine all the other outlets that say gfci protected go thru that one gfci?

On a larger trailer such as yours I would think there would be more than one GFCI. If it is not in a bathroom a GFCI outlet could be outside, In the outdoor kitchen, in a cabinet, or other random place. Unfortunately I am not familiar with your exact unit.

It might not be your rig.
You said everything worked this morning at your previous campground.
At this campground you don't have power to everything.
You should ask the campground to test the pole that you're plugged into.

Do you have a surge protector/ EMS that will tell you if the power is correct from the pole?

The fact that you can't reset some of the GFCI outlets indicates that there is no electricity getting to the outlets. You can't reset a GFCI if there is no power to the outlets.
Since you have 50amp outlets, part of the rig is powered by one leg of the 50 amp, the other part is powered by the other leg.
You could try resetting the circuit breakers as a place to start.
You wouldn't be the first person to search for a problem in the rig only to find out that it's campground power that's the cause.

Well, that would have been the easy solution.

If that GFCI still won't reset, have you found a GFCI in one of your two bathrooms? I can't believe that there isn't one in there somewhere, especially that big bathroom in the back. As mentioned above, it could be installed in a cabinet. Sometimes they are very hard to see, especially if the plates are black.
We have a very small motorhome and there's a GFCI in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. Ours has a master GFCI in the power panel also.

You may need a mobile mechanic to trace the problem. Do you happen to have a roadside assistance plan with telephone tech support?
Take another look before your reach out for help.

Sounds to me like there's a GFCI outlet that needs to be reset. First, check your circuit breaker panel to be sure none of the breakers are tripped. Next, locate the GFCI outlet; looks like the one pictured below. In every RV I've owned, there is one in the bathroom. Firmly press the reset button on it. The GFCI protects that outlet and every outlet "downstream" of it on the same circuit. There may be a second GFCI elsewhere in the rig.

Gfi

There is power going into this he gfi and out of the gfi, and all the circuit breakers have power at them.
