Onboard Batteries No Charge

OK, I'm still new here, so this could be a dumb question.
I've got a 2019 Flagstaff E-Pro 14FK, bought last August and only used 3 times.
I don't seem to have any charge in the onboard twin 12-volt batteries. Even when connected to the towing vehicle, the Jack-It power tongue jack creeps along with almost no power. Once connected to shore power, no problem. Is there a switch somewhere I need to check the setting on?
(My friends in AA remind me that their First Step starts out with "We admitted we were powerless")

Sounds like either something is not connected correctly with the batteries or an inverter issue. Use a meter to see if you have the amps coming off the inverter to the batteries. It is apparent you have the power once hooked to shore line but check batteries as well to see if they are getting a charge. Should be reading 12-14. Mine was 14.2 when I was having an issue. Found out though my battery went dead.

Crawl underneath the front of your unit and look for a circuit with two posts.

There is a resettable button on the side.
Then get yourself a 7 plug tester from auto parts store and see if there is really power coming from your tow vehicle- keeping in mind there is a separate 30 fuse in a electrical box under neath your unit that keeps power from trailer

I have done this treasure hunt before!

Since you took possession of this RV what have you done to maintain battery charge? If you have left the batteries hooked up the whole time they are probably junk. Parasitic loads will usually drain your battery (ies) in two weeks or less when the RV is not hooked up to some external power source.
