Outlets not working

We took our puma 28BHSS out for the first time this weekend. Everything was working great when plugged in at home. We had the trailer plugged in to the house power using a 50. Amp to 15 amp converter. When we got to the campsite and set up, the outlets the tv’s were plugged in to had no power, though they worked fine at home. The GFCI outlet was still green, though we reset it anyway. Hubby checked the fuse box and couldn’t see any that were blown. Got the trailer home and plugged in to house power and still no power to those outlets.
Anyone have any ideas why this may be happening?? First timers have no clue! Lol

I’m guessing you plugged in to a campground power pedestal but failed to turn that outlet’s breaker on. Or that outlet was dead.

It is 3 outlets that are not working. Maybe all 3 outlets are on the same breaker?

New rigs are subjected to bumps and bangs they never had before you took delivery.

It’s going to be an adventure, but I suspect you’ll find one or more wires have worked their way loose in the back of one of the outlets that are daisy chained together. RV outlets are NOT like the ones you have in a house……they’re the cheapest design version there is…..and the wires are pinched into connections as opposed to fastened by tightening screws. See photo attached. Start looking behind the outlets closest to the TVs that are not working. Make sure ALL power is disconnected before you start exploring.

Have you checked any of the power connections with a multimeter? (pedestal outlet, shore cord, distribution box in R/V, individual breakers, etc)

5 minutes with a multimeter will give you the answers you are seeking.

Every R/V owner should own one and learn how to use it.
