Would the GFCI circuit n the camper still b a factor even if the breaker is turned off n the camper?

No other cords just power cord from camper to receptacle.

Had time to check things out little more. Took GFCI out of garage n one circuit, camper works fine. Weird thing is camper has been plugged n with a GFCI receptacle since I bought it n march on 2012 with no problems. Thanks for ur help.

GFCI to GFCI is "unreliable" not "won't work."

My electrician buddy says that gfci outlets are not to be used for motor type( larger I believe he meant) appliances - ie compressors, chopsaws, welders etc. They are not reliable because of the starting of the motor-it will trip them sometimes. Had it happen on one of my compressor outlets and it would trip the breaker.
Just stating what I was told.
