Can't be the curcuit breaker as I previously stated because when he hooks the tv up to trailer he has 12v power.
So with that being said.
Either battery is dead or junk or missing.
Converter is junk or bad fuse.

Power Converter failure

Your lower unit in the converter can easily be checked with an automotive style test light. Disconnect the large red wire from the right side. Attach the ground clip to the ground lug near the red wire lug.Check for 12 volts. ( the light on your test light should come on.) when you touch the light to the large red wire, if not your lower unit is bad and can easily be replaced. Do you have a battery in the camper if not this will cause the newer power converters to fail. Your battery and 12v side of the converter power all the lights and motors in the camper. The battery powers all the electronics such as monitor panels, circuit boards on appliances. Converter keeps the battery charged when plugged to 120 AC outlet.
