Power problems

Having a problem with electrical. Plugged in to A/C power, no lights, receptacles have 120v, microwave has power. But no lights, no radio, no bump out power, no awning power, no refer, no air conditioner. All breakers on, all fuses good, is it possible my inverter is dead?
Thanks for any help

Possible converter is bad. Check fuses on converter first. If converter is bad, your batteries will drain next. Converter supplies 120v and keeps 12v charged up

Hmmm, you are plugged in to A/C power--I'll take this to mean plugged in to 110-120 vAC shore power. no lights: lights are probably 12vDC. Receptacles have 120vAC, microwave has power: Indicating that you do indeed have 110-120vAC power. No lights, no radio, no bump out (?) power, no awning power: Indicates that you do not have 12vDC power. No refer: I'm thinking that the refer/fridge has to have 12vDC power for the control panel. No air conditioner: That one confuses me. My RV knowledge is that the A/C units work totally off of 110-120vAC power only, I believe the t'stat gets it's power from the A/C unit, not the RV 12vDC system. IF the A/C is on a circuit breaker turn the breaker to the "OFF" position wait about 30 seconds and turn the breaker back on. IF the A/C still does not work you will have to access the terminals on the breaker to check for incoming and outgoing 110-120vAC. Is it possible that your inverter has died? I do not think so. It sounds as if problems is that you do not have 12vDC in your unit. Some units get their 12vDC supply straight from the battery with the inverter charging the battery as needed. Some units use the inverter to supply 12vDC to 12vDC powered appliances, such as lights, fridge control panels, the radio, etc. Some units have a fuse directly wired into the positive battery cable and not at the inverter. These fuses are usually found somewhere near the battery and in a lot of cases within an electrical box located underneath the RV. Why the heck they put them in places hard to access I will never understand. It is possible that the fuse, usually 30 amp, is blown. IF it is then you will not have 12vDC in your unit IF yours is the type that all 12vDC appliances run off of the battery and not the inverter.

Ok thanx. Seems like everything that runs off dual power won't work

That's exactly the symptoms of my 2017 19rr, after the hurricane Irma.
I just placed an order for a new converter. Crossing my fingers! 😁

You are not getting 12V DC. Your battery is dead or your battery cutoff switch is switched to off. Check both.

Odds are you do not have an INverter that converts 12V DC to 120V AC but rather a CONverter that converts 120V AC to 12V DC.

No, it's your 12v DC power that not working.

Suggest that you Google "the 12 Volt Side of Life".
It will help you understand how the 2 different electrical systems work in RVs.

You either have a bad battery or you somehow tripped the resettable circuit breaker from the battery.
