Precision Circuits panel will not detect 50 amp shore power

We are renting a 2021 Forest River Georgetown RV. It has a Precision Circuits control panel. It will not let us start the AC units when we are plugged into 50 Amp service, only if we are running the generator. I have verified I have power coming from the pedestal to the RV. The inverter shows that we have AC in. However the system is not sensing that we are plugged into shore power (see attached photo). We have tried powering down the shore power and back up again. We have tried powering down the precision circuits panel and rebooting it. No change. Any ideas?

Did you try unplugging the Precision Circuit Control panel from behind the screen and then replugging the panel. This has cured problems with the Precision Circuit panel in the past. I think there's 4 small screws holding the panel in.

This panel is integrated into the wall so I can't really get at the screws. I did cut off power to it (shut down all power, disconnected the battery) to reboot it. I was hoping that would clear any transient faults with it, but to no avail

Mine had a bezel that popped off to show the screws. Call this guy tomorrow Daniel Dinovo Technical Support Precision Circuits (630) 515-9100, EXT-704 He knows this system.

My 2021 Sportscoach 339DS had a "brick" plugged into a receptacle located behind the AC/DC power distribution panel. The receptacle was powered by one of the AC circuit breakers, I believe the clothes washer which I chose not to get.

In my coach this "brick" AC to DC converter connected to the Coleman generator control panel which I had to modify to integrate my Victron Quatros and Lithium bateries so that when the 24VDC Lithium battery bank was near depleted the generator would startup.

Could be your pedestal is 50% bad, and the ac is wired to that leg.
