Problem with monitoring Panel 2015 Evo 2166

I have a 2015 Evo. the Monitoring panel for the batteries shows 2/3 then will go down to 1/3 and then back to 2/3. and other times show full and then down to 2/3 and then back to full. Any ideas on what's going on?

Have you tested the battery voltage when the monitor is acting up?
Do you have multiple batteries?
Does the converter make any noises when the monitor is acting up?

No i haven't tested the batteries when its acting up. good Idea!
I have 2-12 volt batteries and the converter doesn't make any noises.
