Progressive 30 amp surge protector intstall

I installed a 30 amp surge protector today. Install went well, was very straight forward. I didn't rewire the voltage converter, I just cut the incoming cable a foot or so from the converter, stripped the wire ends, and inserted the protector there. I then mounted the surge protector on the floor beneath the converter and reinstalled it. My only mistake was cutting the cable a bit short, making the reinstall a bit tight. Two foot would have been better.

After hearing all the stories of loose wires in the terminals of the converter from the factory I took this opportunity to recheck all factory connections. Obviously I got the good electrician at the factory - all connections were perfect!

They are really easy to install and a great piece of mind!
