Quit charging

On our new Shockwave I noticed that when I plug it in with 110 power it is not charging the batteries. It has worked all summer up till about 3 weeks ago. I have checked breakers, fuses, and GFI outlet. I know there is power thru the cord and at the plug in the camper wall. Is there something hiden that I am missing? Or is the controller shot? WFCO Ultra III Distribution Center, WF-8900 Series.

The last trip I pulled it out of the shop, (where it was plugged in), and the batteries were stone dead. Thought maybe the outlet was bad but that wasn't the case. I charged the batts with regular battery charger and went for the weekend with no issues.

I forgot to say.....

When plugged into 110 power NONE of the outlets will work, but.... they DO work when I run the generator.

And where is the transfer switch and can I replace just that or is it the whole WFCO? Thanks.

Transfer switch is what transfers either shore power to camper or gennie power.
It is not part of your wfco distribution center.
