Remote not work on stabilizers

When I try to use remote to raise front or rear stabilizers it doesn’t work? It will move the slide in and out though? Please anyone know what’s going on?

Tell us what kind of trailer/unit/motor home you have. That might help helpers who have the same unit.

Our TT (see my signature) has a remote with 4 different "things" you supposedly can run with it. However, the only thing it really does is run the slide. For me that's OK because it's the one that has the most chance of having an accident if I deploy it from inside (can't see if it might hit something from the inside control panel).

Have you checked the fuses on the remote receiver? They are separate from the the main panel

I'm also having issues with the remote for my Salem CruiseLite (2015). On mine, there is no power at all. I tried changing the batteries and that didn't work either.

Most likely a fuse. Fuse is in separate fuse box. To find it walk around inside hitting the button on the remote, you’ll hear the fuse box clicking. Mine was in the bath room closet.

Our remote has several functions, slide, jacks, awning.. You have to cycle thru till the light lights up under the right icon for it to set to use a different function.. Dont know if yours does but if it does more than one thing that might be the issue

Mine TT is a Salem CruiseLite 241QBXL - and my remote used to work like 3boxrrs says - I'd hold the power and it would cycle and stop on the awning (I think) and I would then go down to the stabilizers.
So you are saying to press the remote while near the fuse box and listen for a click?

My fuses for the remote are in a separate hidden fuse box. Not the main fuse box.

The remote receiver isn't actually a fuse box, but it has fuses on it and it is in a hidden location.

I don't have the remote receiver location listed in my spreadsheet for a CruiseLite 241QBXL, but a few likely spots in that RV are behind the panel under the sink or under the oven. It could also be behind the power panel. There are also a couple of panels in the bathroom where it could be hiding. Look for a panel with small screws holding it in and that's a likely spot. Or a door with hinges on both sides.
