Silly Question - Coachmen Freelander 21QB - House Electrical Out - Off Battery

I went to do my monthly winter start on my motor-home this winter. (New to motor-homes - few months in). With remote start inside coach....generator primed....turned over for about 3 seconds but then 'tripped'....and did not start. When it did this the house power off the batteries is dead. Voltage on batteries tests good - 12.67Vdc on both. Generator starts and runs fine when cab ignition is on. 30amp breaker at generator on. House power of course works fine with generator running. But with generator off....no house lights or anything. What did I do? A quick scan of the manual was no real help. Sorry for the silly question. But resetting the coach main breaker - nothing....checking all the 12VDC fuses....all good. What am I missing?

Answer.....

Loose negative battery cable. Geeeesh. Installed at the dealer...they never tightened it down. First time I checked it....and of course one of the last things I checked. Funny it just lost connection when the generator was initially cranking. But that was it. All is good.
