Solar installation

I just purchased a 2020 Rockwood Mini Lite 2104S. I had the Go Power controller installed and plan on using my own panel. It has solar ports(cat4) on the roof and an SAE plug on right side near the front at ground level. My question is, are both these ports hooked into the controller? I’ve also read that some of the SAE plugs are wired only for zamp brand panels and have reversed polarities. Mine does not have a sticker saying “zamp only” but I want to be sure and not plug a panel into it if it’s reversed. Does anyone know. The dealer sure didn’t seem to knowledgeable on the matter.
