Stabilizer Jacks Won't Descend

I tried lowering my front stabilizer jacks with both the remote and the switch on the trailer. The motor runs but the jacks won't come down. I saw a thread about fuses but since the motor works, I thought that wouldn't be the issue. Any ideas? 2015 Salem CruiseLite

What kind of stabilizer jacks are they ? I have BAL on my Rockwood and had an issue like you are describing.....The circled part on mine were made out of plastic and the square opening was no longer square but rounded causing the motor to run but the jacks not operating...

I ordered four new replacements and they are now made out of metal to prevent the 'D' square from rounding...It's an easy fix
