sunseeker 2650 solar panel upgrade

I want to replace the single solar panel on my 2018 sunseeker 2650 motorhome with at least 2 larger ones. The current system is controlled through a Z-amp charge controller, charging 2 group 27 AGM batteries. I would also like to add 2 more batteries for a total of 4 (there is room in the under step compartment), and replace the current charge controller with an MPPT type. I haven't yet had a chance to try and track down the routing of the wiring from the panel to the controller, or examine the type of wiring or connectors the panel may have. If I can reuse the wiring I will, but my Plan B is to disconnect the wiring at each end and run new wires down through the space behind the fridge and into the battery compartment. Is there anyone who has performed similar upgrades who might be able to offer any advice?
