The 50A unit has two separate 110V circuits. The 30A has one 30A circuit. Using a 30A on a 50A will not work.

I hope the comments about an easy install will apply to me! A hard-wired progressive industries EMS for our 2016 2504s should be here tomorrow. DH can't easily get to the area where I THINK it needs to be installed, so wish me luck! He's finally healed enough from surgery that we are going to be able to take our first trip in another week! Yay!

I wired mine in the storage compartment under the bunks on my 2504S. The main power wire is in the wall between the bunks and the dinette. also put in a fireplace while I was in that wall.

There are times when my 50a RV needs to be connected to a 30a service with an adapter. Will the EMS-HW50C work or prevent?
