tank and battery monitor

I have a 1997 flagstaff 23ld travel trailer. I can't seem to get the tank monitors or the battery monitor to light up when the test button is pushed. There is juice getting to it, as the pump switch is on the same monitor and it works. What should I be checking for? Thanks

Might be a bad monitor.

Pump light most likely a different circuit. Maybe back out 4 screws ank check monitor for supply power in back allso check groun for good connection.

This is correct. two different power sources.
Here is the info on your monitor.

The monitor I have does not look like the one above, nor does it even have a name on it. I checked for power and it is getting power to the board. Just last night went back in and wiggled the wires again and now it works. Thanks for the good info.

Picture please. Just because the face plate does not look like that does not mean it is not a MicroMonitor.
