Trailer turn signal not working

Hi everyone: I,m new here and can,t find where to post a question. My left turn signal on the travel trailer isn,t working.I changed the bulb, no power to the black wire. It isn,t my truck as all lights work on the utility trailer. All fuses are good.Im stuck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Doug

Take a 12v test light and start from the light and work your way back through the wiring. Might be a bad splice or ground.

Assuming that the running lights are working, the turn signal is a single wire running from the 7-way connector, through the junction box near the tongue, to the light.

That wire could be broken, but it's more likely that either the 7-way connector is not making contact to the connector blade on the truck, or there's a loose connection in the junction box. I would start at the front with a light or meter and work my way to the back.
