Trik-L-Start battery maintainer

Have installed the trick-L-Start battery maintainer to keep Chassie batteries
Maintained from Coach batteries.
We are plugged into shore power and inverter is on and is indicating float charge.
When I left Coach a week ago it was idicating steady green (maintaining).
Now it is blinking on off green indicating in standby mode.
My question is this correct. Is the Chassie Batteries full or is it the Coach batteries have dropped below a certain voltage as not to allow th Trik-L-Start
to maintain Coach batteries.

Its on low charge so it won't evaporate the water in the battery. When you start putting a load on the batteries it will go to full charge

Also a battery maintainer drops battery down to exercise it
