TV Connection

We have a 2017 Forest River Cherokee 204RB. I have been trying to hook up Dish Receiver and Satellite for the tv.
Dish Tech thinks that there is not enough power coming from any of the outlets to power the Receiver. ? The remote Satellite is powered through the Receiver through the coax. The Receiver shuts off the minute I hook up the Coax.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? I have changed out the coax and All cables. Tried different outlets in the Trailer. Ran a extension cord out but that's a pretty long run. It works in the house.

First when you say works in the house do you mean with your house satellite antenna. Try to eliminate the Cherokee completely. Plug receiver in house outlet then separate coax directly to your satellite antenna that you use for Cherokee. This is first step.

Ok so that proves all equipment is working. When in Cherokee are you connecting receiver directly to King antenna or using the Cherokee wiring to antenna? Could be a break in Cherokee wiring?
