What are these for???

Just picked up my 2020 Rockwood Freedom 1950 pop up and it looks like the previous owners had solar? I知 trying to figure what these are for and if they serve any purpose without a solar panel?

The one on the left (red) is an inverter and allows you to run some smaller AC stuff off of your battery bank with not connected to shore power. This should be usable independently from your solar.

The one on the right (blue) is a solar charge controller and is not doing anything if you don't have any solar panels hooked to it. It can be disconnected unless or until you have solar panels.

I'm guessing that the Solar Charge Controller was used for a portable solar suitcase. You might consider keeping it in case you add them in the future.

That’s good to know. They look pretty inexpensive too.

It appears the controller is monitoring the battery power, does that sound right? Do you think I can monitor it from the controller so I know when I should unplug it for garage storage?

Yes, these are inexpensive units. It shows the voltage because it is still hooked to the battery. Right now it is only draining power from your batteries (maybe only a parasitic draw to show the display - but wasted either way), so I would disconnect it from the battery for now.
