We also have the 29 RE and I mounted it aft of the aft storage area! the bulkhead is attached with only a few screws removed it (reinstalled after) and there is plenty of room and a flat floor also the pedestal power cord is in the same area for convenience. I didn't cut the power cord cable and I removed it from the power distribution panel and attached it to the input side of the EMS. Then with another short piece of #6 cable I connected the EMS output to the power distribution panel. Hope this helps.

I don't have any storage further back than the pass thru, is that what you mean?

Thanks

It's not storage area, its where some plumbing and electrical is located. It's aft of the pass thru storage area. Our 29 RE is a 2013 and I would imagine the layout is the same.

I think I know where you mean, between the door and the pass thru storage?

Our electrical distribution panel is left of the steps walking up to the bedroom, directly behind that panel is the area I'm referring to! As I mention before the
whole length bulkhead panel with the sliding door for the converter is removable to gain access.
