2016 22RR Power Jack Issue

I took my jack off yesterday while trying to troubleshoot my 2022 F250 Pro Back up feature not working. Anyway I heard a rattling and took the plastic jack cover off and found two capscrews were completely out and all the others were loose. They are allen head at 1/2" long. So, I put a dab of locktight blue on all of them and retightened. I can honestly say I bought this new and have only used it a few times a year and never off road to vibrate bolts loose. What the heck!
