I was speaking of two different ideas and thoughts (two different paragraphs) . The first was the fifth wheel event and then changed to the Weight Distributions System on a pull behind from the bumper area. The weight shifts to the tires and axles by the WDH.

The 'lift' of the camper tongue (not talking about Fifthwheel) and back of the pulling truck, will force Weight to the back of RV and to the front of the pulling vehicle.

Hi A32Deuce:

In my post, I was talking about the fifthwheel high front tilt and the second the WDH bumper pull.

But.... as your post and my post states, by having the front of the fifthwheel too high or too low, that will cause a weight shift to the front/back of the train, or more weight to the center of the truck bed if the set up is too low.
