Dealer, NAPA, Amazon... They are readily available. Ask around on what brands to buy, or avoid. Timken is a large, well known brand.

Most any vehicle parts supplier that carries wheel bearings and seals 'should' be able to provide either.
BTW: The seal is a "double lip" style.

Most campers come from the factory with 'china' bearings and are stamped "china". I prefer those made in the USA ... like most TIMKEN bearings and stamped so indicating.

FWIW, the ONLY trailer bearing failure I have experienced since 1968 occurred on a boat trailer that was immersed to launch the boat.

Yep. Saw plenty of under qualified personnel hosing up equipment while attempting to perform planned maintenance. But it was more often from a lack of training than a shortage of intelligence. I went to Navy Nuclear Power School myself.

And I just enjoy the dis-assembly and service of my bearings. Can't say that it has added a single more mile to their life if they weren't ever serviced at all.
