Same model #. Normal dips in the roadway shouldn't cause a problem. Exiting or entering a driveway can. On exiting, try turning quicker so the rear end swings over.
My driveway is moderately steep and I will turn right on exiting so as to swing my rear over quicker even if my destination is to the left, I simply make 2 additional right turns to get back on track.
On entering, approach at angle, not straight on, this will also swing the rear end over at an angle. Same strategy for directional approach, I will normally enter my driveway from the same direction as I exited, even if this means a bit more around local roads to achieve.
Other than that you could be over weight. Look for ways to carry less weight.
