Brake question

I have a 2018 Cedar Creek Silverback 29ik. Greased the bearings today -- love the easy lube system.

Front axle tires spin freely. Both rear wheels have a slight tension from the Dexter Never Adust brakes and will only do 2 or 3 revolutions before stoping.

Do I only have electric brakes on the rear axle? Axles are Dexter 5,000 pound, I think.

Just trying to confirm everything is ok.

No you should have brakes on all axels.. Two thoughts, the other set of brakes are just slightly less adjusted or a rear seal was pushed out and you greased or brakes. The ez lubes are okay but can cause rear seal low out. This let's you pump the grease into your drums. Lippert puts them on their axels and does not recommend using them (well their tech guys do not).

Pulled the hubs today, no grease past the seal, and some brake dust in there.

Must just be adjusted a little bit looser. Worth looking at, glad I have no issues.

Good. Grease on the brakes would be no fun!

I had the "over adjust" issue on two of my wheels. One would only do about a half rotation. I had un-adjusted them a couple of times and they kept tightening up. Decided I was just not happy with them and just had disk brakes installed. No more problem.
Installer who did the brakes noted that there was a period where the seals that were being used just were not up to spec and a lot of them leaked - EZ-Lube or not. Also, before my job, he had done a 3 axle 5ver and 5 of the wheels had leaking seals.
BTW, the trailer stops a LOT faster now. Side benefit - if the seal does leak, it only contaminates one side of the rotor - so the braking is still at 50%.
