Cracked frames
I have been considering buying a 2007 Forest River Lexington 283TS. Only covered 22000 miles. On inspection cracked frames were found on all the slide outs . (see photos) Does anyone have experience of this. How serious is it and can they be repaired?

I’m not sure that’s cracks.. isn’t that 2 pieces butted up against each other?

^^^ what he said.
It almost looks like the lower flange is bent out at the bottom. This has caused the corner joint to open up. Not sure if
this is a structural or cosmetic issue.
More photos from other angles might help.

That is not a crack.. it's a seam where the two pieces but up against each other.
One of those is bent up a bit. Might want to understand why.

Maybe because the slide isn't adjusted correctly and is putting force on that bottom piece??

For sure that is not cracked frame, it's just a butt joint, who is to say it didn't come from the factory like that, I don't see anything structural there,

It's a point for a price reduction request, but I don't think it is structural either. Needs some serious resealing also. How does it sit with the slid in since it appears the lower edge is pushed out mostly. Like others said the root cause may just be it needs adjustment and resealing.

Maybe I'm missing something but I am not seeing a cracked fame. Or a crack for that matter.
Looks pretty good for a 2007.

Looking again at photos and it does appear that there was some torque applied to those pieces and they are bent out of shape. Question would be why/how did that happen.
