Cracks in tire

I have these cracks in all 4 tires just along the edges. Goodyear tires with date codes all 10/20 and covered during the winter.
Good Year Endurance tires ST215/75R14
I have not seen these before so would should I buy new tires?

I couldn’t find any details about your rig, so I’m assuming these are trailer tires?

Goodyear makes a ton of different tires, and you didn’t identify which ones you have either.

I see them on the tread edges. I can't really tell from the pics though how deep they are. I think I have some used Endurances around that same age on the rack. Let me take a gander at them.

These Endurances are made 49th week of 2019 and do not have the weather cracking evident in yours. Click image for larger version

I'm not a tire guy but that looks like stress from extremly shap turns. If they were mine and I didn't normally travel very far I'd run them. The safest move would be to replace them. One failure and it could cost more than a set of tires.

do you park on top of concrete? its been said that this can cause problems with tires. I park on top of rubber mats I got from the farm store
