Cupping tire wear

I have a 2013 Ford E450 super duty chassis on my Forest River 2014 Lexington RV. The front tires both have the same unusual cupping wear with only 26,000 miles on the unit. The steering wheel doesn't shake or unit doesn't pull to one side or the other. A mechanic told me the E450 is notorious for front end parts wear (ball joints, tie rod ends etc.)
Has anyone experienced this type of wear and what did you find? I'm not sure I trust this garage as this low of mileage on vehicle seems way to early for suspension parts to be failing. Any help would be appreciated.

Time to replace the factory shocks. Get a pair of Bilsteins. I replaced my shocks around 20000 miles. They were shot.
