Could be bent spindle or bent tube that encases the torsion bar.
Regardless, the only cure on a torflex axle is replacing the axle. Brakes/hub can be saved with just the torsion axle being replaced.
Depending on year of TT the axle could be either Dexter or Lippert. Tag on axle will provide answer. May still have warranty so I 'd contact whichever company it is. They can advise if under warranty and either way direct you to a qualified shop near you.
Based on picture, unless an optical illusion, I'd say "bent spindle" which is usually welded into the swing arm.
