Dexter Torflex Axles

Has anyone used Dexter Torflex axles on their RV? Looks like it would be a simple install. It would give you independent suspension and no springs or shackles to worry about. They are available with disc brakes and oil bath hubs. Independence suspension, disc brakes, and oil bath hubs sounds like would eliminate many of the problems that we all have with our trailers. What are your thoughts?

I’ve had Dexter Torflex axles on all 3 of my Rockwoods. (If you’re using a web browser you’ll see the 3 model years in my signature.) They are a big reason I stuck with Rockwood for our new 5er. The factory installs the Torflex axles with drum brakes though. Having disc brakes would be fantastic.

Our Flagstaff has Dexter Torflex axles.
I like them better than conventional sprung axles.
Disc brakes are always better than drum brakes although I have no problems with my drum brakes.
I've never had issues with properly greased/maintained taper bearings.
