Dexter Torflex Torsion Axle on RLWS 27'

I recently noticed our front tire and rim being slantedback at the top looking like it could literally bend back.
Thank you all for your help! I wrote the Axle company and here is what they wrote back!

What you are observing with the Torflex rubber suspension axles is typical when the wheels are loaded sideways as in cornering. *The axle ends are suspended in rubber and this rubber deflects when pushed sideways allowing the wheels to tilt. *Continue to observe this and long as they are straight up and down when going forward you should have no problems.
