Electric tung jack

MY tung jack works on and off.When we got back from camping
this week end it didnt work at all.To get it off the truck i put
my 1/2 inch impack gun to turn it now the electric motor works
but it wont go up or down.The wire is getting 12 volts.This TT is
only a month old .Thank you for any help on this.

Sounds like a warranty repair to me. Hope using the impact gun did not void the warranty.
