Frame Flex indications?

about a year or so after getting my 2020 Arctic Wolf, I noticed a couple slight bulges on the sides where a stud is located.

Last year I found the floor above the stairs had pulled away from the sidewall which I repaired using new screws. The old screws were snapped. This past Sunday my wife had mentioned maybe changing to a different trailer in the next year or so since the kids are no longer involved and I walked her over to point out the bulges and my concerns, then walked around to the street side and was floored by the amount of bulging happening. The stud or what ever it is called in sidewall construction was bulging out at least 1/2" right behind the propane door and up a couple feet, then the next one down was bulging out and the rear lower corner for the bedroom slide was separated and could possibly crack.

Are these signs of frame flex? If so, what do I do on a 4 YO RV? Insurance?

Moved thread from the General Tech and Repair section to the Running Gear, Axles, Brakes, Frames and Tires sub-forum since the OP's questions are specific to that sub-forum and not general questions.
