Has anyone dealt with a situation like this?
Hope you found a solution by now. Had my spring break also. If you still need assistance please send me a PM here, maybe I can give you some ideas.

Not overloaded. Trailer 4 years old

Axles are 3500 front and 3500 rear, springs are 1750 each. Tongue weight about 1000 lbs. scaled at 6300 axle weight. Did Lippert put out a bad product. I saw where others have complained about Lippert axles and there was a recall?!!

I had a similar situation, GVWR was right at the rating of the springs. I got lucky and caught a broken lower leaf before the whole stack broke in two.

I ended going one step heavier and replaced all the springs, they aren't that expensive. I then burried one of the old springs (along with shackles and U-bolts) in my pass thru storage in the trailer for an emegency spare.

Having a spare means I'll probably never break one again[emoji1787]

broken spring

measurement for springs is eye to eye but follow contour of spring not the shortest distance.

Yes - and I will inspect it tomorrow morning.
I did notice that you replaced the tires with Goodyear. Our TT came with load range Cs from China.

Sorry to hear the OP situation. Hope he can get the trailer fixed. How can the left springs be checked? I take our TT to a farm trailer shop every other year for bearings, brakes and wheel check. What should I asked them to look for? Or if I look under there, what am I looking for that would mean trouble is coming? I could figure out if a leaf spring is hanging down...

Since you have lots of u-bolt length you could sandwich some leaves on the broken main and weld along the edges only. Just for temporary.

It would sure get you on the road until you could find an exact match.
I'd have no qualms putting in a spring pack that was only 1/2" longer at each eye to get on down the road.

If you absolutely cannot find the correct spring and need to tow it to a spring shop for repair, responses 11 and 12 are the solution. Wood block(s) sized 4x4 or 6x6 should do it, along with straps. I'd have to be there to explain it better. Tow it very slowly and check the blocks every few miles to ensure they're still in place.

So..just out of curiosity, what was the correct spring size or part number for those of us who may need them in the future?

Great - good news on your repair.
I inspected my springs this morning and they all look ok.
Attached is a picture of the same location as your broken spring.
It seems amazing to me that all three leafs fractured.

The 24” Lippert leaf spring sku is 125215, hardware kit 260525, shoulder bolt (2) sku 126197 and (2) nut sku 122103. This gets you a new leaf spring, ubolt and all the hardware needed to attach leaf spring to trailer.

Stranded trailer getting parts

My TT leaf spring broke in the middle of no where. TT passenger side of trailer sitting on wheels. No way to tow. AAA/Farmers enhanced towing not possible. No road side assistance. No parts locally. Closest Rv Dealer 174 miles.

Solution? Walked in to Nappa at 4 pm and they said they could get me the leaf spring and hardware kit by 8am next morning. Also ordered parts from Lippert. Lippert parts were supposed to arrive today. Parts are still in Indiana. Picked up Nappa parts this morning. Napa has a wharehouse they use for trailer/car parts 250 miles away. They have a shuttle from a warehouse 250 miles away that brings them the parts by 8am next morning. Brilliance.
