How to jack/block trailer to change all 4 tires?

what's the best way to get all the wheels off the ground to change the tires?

Can I lower the tounge, block up under the frame behind the axles and bring up the tounge to get all 4 off the ground?

Can I jack/block under the axles?

The tire place isn't remotely large enough to take the TT there so I'm going to have to pull the wheels myself and run them to the tire place.
I have a floor jack and jack stands

That's how we do it to block up on the frame for seasonal camping. We use cylinder blocks set on large, thick treated wood for a little less settling in the ground.
I don't know about blocking on the axle though.

spring.
I lowered the tongue, put jackstands behind the rear spring mount and raised the tongue as far as the jack goes - while there is load on the stands the tires are still carrying most of the load.

and now it's sitting rather toungue high - I dont want it to move backwards and tip the jackstands.

I might be able to get a floor jack between the tires and lift on the center spring mount. Will have to add a 4x4 to inbetween I think to get enough lift to get the wheels up
