Landing Jack motor not working... Suggestions?

Hi all,

2012 Blue Ridge 3710BH.

Went to move my 5th wheel from our seasonal site home a few weeks ago. Jacks worked fine hooking it up to the truck. Brought it home, parked it, hooked up electrical, however the jacks would no longer work. Was able to get the trailer off the truck by using an auto floor jack however the issue remains. I took a look at the fuses (EXT and RET fuses, both look good). When i push on the switch in either EXT or RET, there is a clicking sound coming from the panel however the motor is not working.

Any suggestions as to what it might be?

Also, Lo and behold i just realized that i cannot access the manual pin!!!! It is located in the storage area where the propane tanks are but the angle to reach from the access door is so sharp that the manual turning arm will not reach!!! There should be an access hole on the outside wall however there is not. Where was QC on this build?????

On a sidenote, should the problem be the motor, is one able to replace the motor while the weight of the trailer sits on the jacks??

FYI, Motor is the model 1A065012-02-03
Cheers,

Anyone? Are there any other components other than a fuse that could be culprit?
