lift kit for leaf springs?

Hello friends:
Anyone raise a camper that has leaf springs?

My Surveyor is too dang low a couple of inches would make a big difference.

Looking for some pictures or experiences.

Was thinking about swapping 14 in tires for 15 which would help a little.

Thanks
DB

If it was me I would go to the local Spring Works shop and have them make some new longer U-bolts and a 2hX4wX6l steel block and then install at home.

I would then have the trailer axles alignment checked.

The Lippert Correct Track is suppose to raise your trailer about 2" and will give you the ability to align axles

An axle "flip" kit (over under conversion) costs about $50 and will give you five inches.
Lippert and Dexter both sell them. If you're handy, you can just have spring seats welded to the top of the axle tube and "flip" everything. You actually just put the axle under the springs, but I love saying "flip"- it gets everyone all riled up! LOL

Most axles are already mounted on bottom of springs these days and not really an option anymore.
