Lift kit needed?

We just got a Vengeance 394 and am pulling it with a Ford F-350, the truck sets a little high and by placing some scrap wood under the tires it took about 3” to get the camper to ride level. Does this mean that I should look at getting a lift kit for the camper?? How much difference in height is too much?
Went from a Gray Wolf 29bh to the 394 so I’m New with fifth wheels

Top of the Morning to you, Are you running a f350 with duals or single rear wheel? I pull a 38ft jayco 5th wheel, with 16inch truck tires, I had the trailer axles adjusted ,for more height. if that hasn't worked for you , There is a kit for the front coil spring, that will bring the front of the truck up about 2 to 3 inches.
