Lippert power tongue jack - repair

Hi all

We have a lippert tongue jack that the power feature no longer works on. The motor turns just fine but it just clicks, sounds like the "clutch / rachet " mechanism no longer re-engages or a gear is stripped.

I have taken the covers off but it does not seem to be very easy to disassemble further. Does anyone have some experience with these units ? Is it repairable ? Is it worth trying or just get a replacement ?

Thanks

could be a sheared pin on the drive gear on the jack itself I have had this happen once. And it was a easy fix if I remember right?
